LG has Launched its new mobile phone LG Optimus 7 (E900 ) and Optimus 7Q (C900), these are based on Microsoft Windows Phone 7 .Here we will talk about LG Optimus 7 (E900 ) .After  HTC HD 7 and Samsung Omnia it is another Windows Phone 7 option provided by LG.This stylish phone has 3.8 inch big display and has three physical key buttons for  back,search and menu functions.Menu button has windows logo.There is a micro USB port cover in phone,so you have to use your nails to open it, when you want to charge your phone or transfer data from phone.Power buton is comparatively small from other phones,but that’s not a big  issue.

The camera is in rear side of the phone in circular surround framing,where the camera, flash, and tiny wide-angle mirror are packed. LG Optimus 7 (E900) has  smooth scrolling and pinch-to-zoom functionality present in the browser.It has 1500mAh cell bettery  for more backup,but it somewhat disappointed with its battery life comparison to large 1500mAh cell battery.  LG Optimus 7 (E900) has only one speaker is used for both ringing tones and calls. Loudspeaker output is good, but starts to distort at its top volume levels.This phone has 1GHz Snapdragon processor and 512MB RAM, 512MB ROM, 16GB of on-board storage and support for HSPA, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The 3.8-inch capacitive WVGA LCD touchscreen display has impressive contrast and vibrancy which looks slightly  better than the HD7,Although HD 7 has 4.3 inch display. LG Optimus 7 (E900)’s capacitive touchscreen has good touch response,which is better than its compatators.LG Optimus 7’s 5 megapixel camera does not captures upto the mark images,it doesn’t mean that images are not clear but images seems only web friendly. Camera supports shooting 16:9 images and HD 720p video.

LG has taken some good applications from  Microsoft Windows Phone 7 softwares in LG Optimus 7 (E900) like Panorama Shot and Intelligent Shot options in the camera software. Voice To Text transcriber  application is used to convert your voice to text message. ScanSearch is used to search your nearest electronic store,banks,shopping malls,cinema hall etc. 

Play To media streaming is an interesting feature  allows you to sending your pictures, music, or video (in non-DRM formats) over to the nearest DLNA-capable device i.e. HDTV, Windows 7 PC, or Xbox 360 on your WiFi network can be instantly turned into a canvas for your Optimus 7’s content.Play To application processing is slow.There is some lack of multitasking features. LG Optimus 7 will grant you access to services such as Xbox LIVE and Zune as well as to all applications made for the new Microsoft Windows Phone 7 OS.
