Motorola announced their latest Droid phone for the Verizon Wireless – the Motorola Droid Bionic.This is the first LTE phone for the Verizon network and has an impressive 4.3 inch capacitive touchscreen qHD display with 960×540 pixel resolution.We have seen similar 4.3 inch screen display in Microsoft Windows Phone 7 powered HTC HD 7.
(update 09 June 2011 :- According to some sources Motorola Droid Bionic will have 4.5 inch capacitive touchscreen qHD display and will run on Google Android Gingerbread 2.3 operating system)

The phone comes with powerful NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, 512 MB of RAM and 16 GB internal memory. Motorola Droid Bionic phone has an 8 megapixel camera with Dual LED flash for more brighter pictures at rear side while the VGA camera on front side for video calling.Front camera of  Motorola Droid Bionic phone is capable to record 720p High definition videos at 30 fps.

Motorola Droid Bionic mobile will runs on Google Android Froyo 2.2 (May be updated to Android Gingerbread 2.3 when Final product come out).On connectivity option list you have various options like Verizon’s 4G LTE Network connectivity, MicroUSB, WI-FI b/g and n, HDMI for HD output, Bluetooth support, AGPS and 3.5 mm stereo headset jack. The phone has a powerful 1930 mAh battery which will provide rich talk time.
