Nokia announced its new mobile Nokia 701 few days ago and it will be launched very soon. It will available in silver, purple and white colors and Nokia 701 price is expected around 290 euros free (before taxes and subsidies).It will come with pentaband connectivity. It measures 117.3 × 56.8 × 11 mm and weighs 131 grams.

Nokia 701 features 3.5 inches LED-backlit IPS TFT display with 16:9 nHD 360 X 640 pixels resolution that comes with a unique feature of ClearBlack technology and Gorilla Glass technology. Nokia claimed this as brightest screen for any smartphone in terms of NITS till date.( The NIT is a comparatively small unit of brightness. A typical active-matrix LCD panel has an output between 200 and 300 nit). It has multi-touch input method, proximity sensor for auto turn-off and accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate.

It is powered by single core 1 GHz ARM 11 processor, 2D/3D graphics HW accelerator with OpenVG1.1 and OpenGL ES 2.0pedfor high performance. It will come preloaded with latest Symbian OS named as Symbian Belle. It comes with 8GB internal memory so in normal condition you don’t feel the need of external memory card but if you do then it also has up to 32 GB external memory card support. You can store all your multimedia stuffs like movies, images, games with an ease.
Nokia 701 features 8 megapixel camera (EDOF camera) for high quality images and is capable to record 720p HD videos, it also has front facing camera for video calling. Its battery comes with 504 hours in standby and 8.8 hours talk time in 3Gwhich is amazing. It has integrated NFC support to communicate wireless accessories that Nokia unveiled in June.
